"Casa Bonita" which means "Beautiful Home" is a beautifully furnished four bedroom, three bathroom home, with a 28ft x14ft swimming pool and covered lanai and is just a 4 mile drive to Walt Disney World Resort.
This wonderfully located property backs onto natural Floridian countryside enabling you to relax in privacy. The pool is in full sunlight from mid-morning until mid-afternoon every day enabling you to make the most of your vacation. The Covered Lanai has Patio Table and six Chairs and is equipped with a charcoal burning grill for your outdoor pleasure. Charcoal is provided in your welcome basket.
This beautiful home has Air Conditioning throughout as well as Ceiling Fans in the family room and all four bedrooms. The two Master Bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The primary Master bedroom has a Sliding Door leading directly out onto the Covered Lanai and Pool. The regular Bedrooms both share a third bathroom, this bathroom also leads directly onto the Pool Deck to allow access to the Bath and Shower after swimming.
The Kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Ice Maker, Electric Range with oven, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster and Blender and a separate Utility area with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. There is a Breakfast Nook with a Table and four Chairs and also a separate Dining Area.
Televisions with Cable TV with Dvd/vhs players and Radio Alarm Clocks are located in each of the four bedrooms and all the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The family room boasts a 50" Television with Cable TV and a DVD player. There is also a desktop computer with full high speed internet access in the family room for the enjoyment of the children and adults alike. An air hockey table, a Pool Table, and a foos ball table are in the Game room along with a dart game and another 50" HDTV adding additional entertainment.
The subdivision of Indian Creek has its own children's playground and also a basketball and Tennis Courts. Tennis rackets and a basketball are available in the game room for your use. There are no charges for using the playground or courts.
Casa Bonita is just 20 minutes from Orlando Airport and only an hour's drive from Kennedy Space Center and the beautiful Atlantic Coast Beaches.
Casa Bonita is located just five minutes from State Highway 192 the main artery thru the attractions and Kissimmee area which has an abundance of supermarkets, pharmacies, and petrol stations as well as many other shops and restaurants. Mystic Dunes Resort also boasts two Eighteen Hole Golf Courses for the keen golfers.
There is no need to bring Towels with you on vacation as Casa Bonita has Pool Towels available for use at the home or beach.

In order to hold your reservation, we must receive a rental down-payment of $50.00 and a signed rental contract within seven (7) days. The down-payment is held from the time the reservation is accepted until the balance of the rental is paid thirty-days prior to your scheduled arrival.
Seven (7) days prior to your scheduled check-in date a Security Deposit in the amount of $250 is required . This deposit provides protection for the home against misuse or abuse. The Vacation Home must be left in an acceptable condition to receive a full security deposit refund.
CANCELLATIONS: If you cancel your reservation prior to the 30th day before your scheduled arrival the $50 down-payment is forfeited. If you cancel more than 7 days but less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival, $250 of the paid rental cost is forfeited and the remainder is returned to you. If the reservation is canceled within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date, then $350 is forfeited and the remainder is returned to you. If changes result in a shortened stay, within 30 days of the arrival date, the rental rate will be recalculated to include 50% of the rate for days eliminated from the contract period, and the remainder will be returned to you.
