We have received nothing but compliments and many of our guests return-which are our greatest compliment. Newly remodeled & freshly painted & decorated with a southwestern flair makes it the most comfortable place to stay in Fountain Hills. The living room is spacious with enough room to dance. The furniture is all new this year ( throughout the condo ) and has only been described by guests as absolutely beautiful. The sectional sofa has 2 very nice recliners and a fold out queen sofa bed. The end tables are great and the "rising" coffee table is sooo unique and lifts up to meet you for reading, snacking. etc. Also, LR has a beautiful armoire with TV & VCR. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. A cozy dining area with a private veranda for stargazing & outdoor relaxing. Both BR's have new & extremely comfortable queen size beds, double closets. new dressers with plenty of drawer space, quaint night tables & lamps and the mas br has cable TV. The bathroom is cute and has shower & tub. It's a one minute walk to the private, gated, olympic size swimming pool with all the amentities. All utilities, high speed internet service, cable TV, local calls telephone, and use of the fabulous pool are included in the rent.

"Oakwood @ Fountain Hills will make you want for nothing. Lots of windows for light and beautiful draperies to block it out when appropriate. The furniture could not be nicer or more comfortable. The southwestern art and decor are befitting of the Fountain Hills ambience. The private veranda is soooo nice for quiet intimate moments or stargazing or outdoor reading and relaxing. Guests truly do dance in the living room--plenty of space. By far the best swimming pool in Fountain Hills is right here just a one minute walk from your door. It's a 10 min walk or a 2 minute drive into town. McDowell Mtn Park is only a few minutes away for hiking, biking, trail walking and ranger led guided tour to some fascinating places.

Staying at "Oakwood of Fountain Hills offers sooooooo many things to do and the best of all places to rest when your done doing your activities of choice. Fountain Hills is home to the worlds highest fountain ( 560ft ) and on St Patricks Day it turns brilliant Irish green. The fountain erupts every hour on the hour from 9:00am to 9:00pm 365 days each year. The fountain is surrounded by a beautiful lake whiich hosts a myriad of feathered friends. The lake is surrounded by a lovely green park that has over 11/2 miles of walking / skating / paths, an 18 hole frisbee golf course ( one of the highest rated courses in the country ), a band stand for free concerts in the park on Sundays & Free movie nights and occasionally a gorgeous wedding. The park abuts a plaza of stores with everything from soup to nuts and right accross the street is the town of Fountain hills with quaint shoppes, delicious restaurants, and art dealers for that special something to take home. Rental Rate Notes
April 1 to August 31, 2009 $550.00 per week or $1600.00 per month. Sept1 to April1,2010 $800.00 per week or $2300.00 per month April1,2010 to August31, 2010 $600.00 per week or $1600.00 per month. All rentals add $500.00 refundable security deposit + $75.00 non refundable cleaning fee.Rental Policies
A rental agreement will be e-mailed to you to be read and signed and mailed back to us with a minimum 50% deposit to reserve "Oakwood" for your particular time slot. Included will be a $500.00 refundable security deposit + a $75.00 non refundable cleaning deposit. Payment may be made by personal check, bank check, money order, paypal, or for outside of USA, payment is easiest made by the International Swift Code at your bank. Code and account numbers supplied upon request.
A minimum 50% deposit is required to reserve "Oakwood" @ Fountain Hills. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Full refunds will be given with at least 45 days notice of cancellation. 50% refund will be given with less than 45 days but at least 30 days notice. No refunds given with less than 30 days notice.
