Visit our beautiful home away from home across the street from "the world's most beautiful beaches". Gulfhighlands Resort includes a club/beachhouse with swimming pool, deck and lounge chairs. 11 swimming pools (some heated), 6 tennis courts (2 are lighted), mini-golf, shuffle board, 24-hr security, and a beautuful lagoon. Our home is within walking distance from Restaurants, a movie theater, a cosmic bowling alley with roller skating, and games, and shopping. We are in close proximity to Spinnakers, Pineapple Willes, Ship Wreck Island Water Park, Gulf World, Zoo World, Frank Brown Park (Baseball, Softball Complex), Wal-Mart, Holiday, Hombre & Signal Hill Golf Courses, Sea Breeze Winery, and Publix Supermarket. Enjoy all the comforts of home for less than the price of a hotel room. We have furnished our home to include extra amenities like new matresses on both beds and sleeper sofa, a fully furnished kitchen with new appliances,front patio with ceramic tile and a wooden bench, concrete picnic table and gas grill on back patio just steps from the pool and mini golf activity area. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, cable television in both bedrooms and living room, a Dvd/vcr in living room, and board games for adults and children. We keep putters, tennis rackets, shuffle board sticks and discs in the closet at bottom of stairs. We are located across the street from the beach, it is a very short stroll to the club house with beach side pool. The unit has two parking spaces right outside the front door that belong to it exclusively. Our check in time is 3:00 PM Central time and check out time is 10:00am Central time.
