Mi Casa, in St. Augustine Beach- peaceful and spectacular! An incredible feature of Mi Casa is the double delight that comes with the high and low tides. At high tide, surf fishing is at a premium as well as having a gorgeous view of the ocean directly from your bedroom. During low tide, the ocean pulls back to reveal a plethora of sandbars and tidal pools that provide an endless supply of opportunities for the bird watchers as well as the serious shell hunters- we are on the National Registry of places to see when it comes to marine ilfe. The tidal pools are a smashing favorite for the little ones as well as the parents- no rushing tide to worry about. For the serious surfing fanatics, 30 yards to the south provides some of the best breakers for hundreds of miles around. Additionally, no cars are allowed on this stretch of the beach
Mi Casa is in a very private location, yet fine dining is just a stroll away as well as a convenience store to get that cup of cappacino and your daily paper in the morning. The historic Marineland is only two miles way as well as the Fort Matanzas attraction and Devils Elbow, which supplies boat rentals at a nominal charge which allows our guests to navigate this stretch of the Intracoastal, sure to please with its crystal clear blue- green waters AND the premier location to see dolphins frolic in the surf- count on it- you will see them.The quaintess and historical cobblestone streets of St. Augustine(I call it a G rated New Orleans) with supreme cousine beckons 15 minutes away.
For the golf enthusiast, there are executive courses as well as championship courses that are within 20 minutes or less, all of which will be traveled to on the National Registry's scenic highway route.
There are three units at Mi Casa, all with a beautiful view of the Inlet and the ocean. Each unit has a private balcony as well as alcove and a dedicated hearth on the huge brick grill that overlooks the ocean. The loft has twin beds, the oversized master has a queen bed with a huge walk in closet and master bath. Downstairs is are fully equipped oversized kitchens that have been updated(such as new countertops, new cabinets, etc.) , a full bath as well as large living rooms(new furniture!) that double as a bedroom at night with two full double beds that hide during the daytime.VCR and TV downstairs as well as TV upstairs and high speed DSL.

While we have reciprocal privileges with a sister condominium that includes pool, tennis court, workout facilities and more, the beachside deck, private balconies, secluded alcoves and oceanfront grill are the features that separates Mi Casa from the rest. With 30 pieces of deck furniture situated on a 2000 square foot deck, it is a true delight for sunbathers, bird watchers as well as the nature aficionado that desires to be as close to the action as possible. No walkovers or walkways to navigate- the deck is on the beach. Mi Casa simply has a birds eye view of the ocean and inlet that is found nowhere else. Mi Casa is on the National Registrar for marine life locations-dolphins, baby pilot whales, fiddler crabs, seahorses, sand dollars, a smorgasbord of seashells, flounders and of course the different birds of prey that continually descend to feed their young right in front of your own private accommodations provide a getaway that you will not soon forget. Love is in the air when the master bedroom sliders are opened- hear the soft ocean breezes as they gently caress the sheets on your queen size bed as you snuggle with your loved one with an unobstructed view looking out yet situated such that no one can see in.
Love to fish? Our corner lot on the ocean and the inlet provide the prime location for miles around to load your pail with fish.

Activities and Attractions
Mi Casa is convenient, yet private. The main stretch of roadway that is used to access Mi Casa is on the National registry of scenic highways. Think it not strange to see a luxury yacht motoring within yards as you sojourn (two miles) to the historic Marineland (20,000 Leagues Under the Sea was filmed there) where you can enjoy the dolphin encounters as well as the uncrowded shows that feature an array of marinelife up close and personal. One mile further brings you to Washington Oaks State park, perfect for camping, picnicking and nature and bike trails. Less than a mile to the north is Fort Matanzas that features a guided boat tour that illustrates the rich historical background of an area that featured many battles between the French and the Spanish. Situated just one mile north of the fort is Devils Elbow, a small time marina with small time prices but big time entertainment. Rent a pontoon that gently navigates private islands, crystal clear waterways shallow enough to stand up in and the largest array of dolphins in the wild that you will ever see. Sprinkle in the quaintest diners this side of Key West and you have an experience that will make you long for more. The historical part of St. Augustine is only 15 minutes away, but watch for the spring hares as they frolic on the road side as you leave your private getaway!!

Rental Rate Notes
Weekly rates quoted are based on a six night stayRental Policies
Mi Casa is a tri-plex and prices vary by unit.
We require a 200 dollar binder to hold a reservation which is applied to the total amount. The balance is due two months prior to arrival day. Upon reception of binder, a confirmation letter is sent out giving pertinent information such as directions, key instructions, etc. Cleaning fee is $75 and 9% tax on all rentals *There are a total of three units on the property. The posted prices reflect a median price. Off season prices can be negotiated.
We will gladly return any deposit minus a $50 processing fee. We will gladly return a balance if we can re-rent the time cancelled, minus the $50 processing fee.
