The Sunset Captiva community association offers direct beach access, a large heated community swimming pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills. Boat sips are available by reservation. We are a one-block walk from the village center of Captiva, where you will find numerous restaurants, shops, bike and jet-ski rentals, parasailing, scenic cruises and more. Across the street is a full service marina, where you can rent a boat or hire a water taxi to visit nearby islands.

Rents are Saturday-to-Saturday with 7 night minimum. Discounts for multiple weeks. Deposit Required.Rental Policies
Rentals are for full seven-day weeks, Saturday-to-Saturday.
$500 deposit required at time of reservation
Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival. After that date, we will refund your deposit only if we are able to re-rent the home.
