This large, 3200 sq. ft. beautiful Hawaiian home is located in a prestigious east Honolulu Neighborhood on a huge tropically landscaped lot with a heated tiled blue bottom swimming pool. The house if fully furnished as the owner lives there part of the year. All ammenities are included. Just step across the street into the ocean or sit on a private sandy beach. We like to float on air mattresses in the shallow water. We are walking distance to Hanauma Bay or Koko Marina Center. The house easily accomodates two families with seperate living areas. This is a great place to stay on Oahu to see the whole Island.

Rental Policies
The rental rate is higher for Holidays, please inquire about specific weeks. There is a one time cleaning fee of $300. If you want more cleaning services they are available. Please inquire.
There is a $1000 refundable deposit to reserve the house. The rental amount is due upon arrival and the deposit will be refunded by mail within 10 days of departure minus any additional expenses incurred by the renters, ie. telephone calls, etc.
