Rental Rate Notes
RATES DEPEND ON TIME OF YEAR, LENGTH OF STAY, NUMBER OF GUESTS, DEMAND FOR DATES, HOW BOOKING FITS INTO CALENDAR, SNOW CONDITIONS, ETC. SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL BOOKED. WINTER RATES FROM $650/NT TO $2000/NT FOR HOLIDAYS. 7 NT STAYS OVER HOLIDAYS AND MARCH AND SUMMER, BUT WILL CONSIDER SHORTER STAYS DEPENDING ON CALENDAR.Rental Policies
Rates vary depending on time of year and number of guests from $400/night to $1200/night. Weekly rates and monthly rates available April 15 through December 10. 4 night minimum.
1/2 total rent + tax (5.5%) will reserve this luxury home. Second 1/2 + tax due on or before thirty days prior to arrival. If all paid when booked, and booking is more than 60 days out, owner will pay the tax.
Refunds if reservation cancelled 90 days prior to arrival. If not 90 days out, owner will put home back on rental market and will do very best to rebook the property. If successful (owner's homes rent very well and owner spends 2 to 4 hours a day responding to inquiries so the chance of success in rebooking is very good), owner will refund, less $150. If very short notice and owner has to therefore discount the rent, owner will refund so much of your deposit as is able to replace by new guests, less $150.
