Rental Agreement to be signed with a deposit of half down to secure the specified dates. A Damage Deposit (separate check) of $1200.00 to be sent with the balance. The balance is due two weeks before the booking date. We accept personal or business checks in the exact amount only.
This Executive Home rents for a minimum of four nights from January through December for $450.00 per night for up to 14 people. There is a Damage Deposit required of $1200.00. We accept personal or business checks in the exact amount only.
If plans change and a group is unable to stay on their secured dates, the Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE because those dates would not be available to rent again. No amount of the Deposit will be refunded.
