Rental Policies
No one under the age of 21 will be allowed rental. All minors must be in the company of a Parent or family member of or over the legal age. All Tenants must obey the Occupancy Laws of the City of Brigantine. Pets are not permitted at any time. No smoking allowed inside the house at any time.
There is a $725.00 dollar deposit or one third of the total to reserve the property. There is also a $725.00 dollar security deposit or one third of the total required. You may use your security deposit to reserve the property. Balance must be received 60 days prior to Rental date.
Half of the $ 725.00 deposit or on third of the total will be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to reservation date. the deposit is non refundable after the stated 30 days. Your $725.00 dollar Security deposit or one third of the total will be refunded upon inspection of property by landlord or Cleaning crew. Refund will be mailed within 30 days of your departure. If there are any damages or citations to the property, refund will be held until such damages or citations are taken care of.You will recieve a letter along with copies of citation or repair bill. Please note that this will delay your Security Deposit Refund.
