Rental Policies

No one under the age of 21 will be allowed rental. All minors must be in the company of a Parent or family member of or over the legal age. All Tenants must obey the Occupancy Laws of the City of Brigantine. Pets are not permitted at any time. No smoking allowed inside the house at any time. Excess garbage must be taken to the Sanitaion dump prior to you departure. The cleaning crew will not haul any excess trash away without extra charges.

There is a $800.00 dollar deposit (for weekly rental) or one third of the total to reserve the property. There is also a $800.00 dollar security deposit( For weekly rental) or one third of the total required. You may use your security deposit to reserve the property. Balance must be received 60 days prior to Rental date.

Half of the $ 800.00 deposit or on third of the total will be refunded upon cancellation of more than 30 days prior to reservation date. the deposit is non refundable if cancellation is made less than the stated 30 days prior to rental. Your $800.00 dollar Security deposit or one third of the total will be refunded upon inspection of property by landlord and/or Cleaning crew. Refund will be mailed 30 days after your departure. If there are any damages or citations to the property, refund will be held until such damages or citations are taken care of.You will recieve a letter along with copies of citation or repair bill. Please note that this will delay your Security Deposit Refund.
