We are located in Tahoe Keys in South Lake Tahoe. The casinos and ski resorts are minutes away. Enjoy all the comforts of home for less than the price of a hotel room. This beautiful 2,500 square foot home has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and nice furnishings throughout. Fantastic views! This upscale home in Tahoe Keys is great for family vacations. Downstairs are two queen bedrooms, a rollaway bed, 1 bath, laundry room with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is a wet bar with small refrigerator, an entertainment room with TV, VCR, DVD player, stereo, foos ball table, a wood burning stove and a sofa bed. There is a six person, 19 jet hot tub on the downstairs deck. A private boat dock is just steps away. Upstairs is the Cal-King master bedroom and master bath, two queen-sized air beds, another queen-sized bedroom and bath and a Port-a-crib. There is a balcony off the master bedroom. The gourmet kitchen has all of the utensils that you will need and place settings for at least 12. The living room and dining room are spacious. There is a wood burning fireplace in the living room. On the upper deck is a gas bar-b-que and patio furniture. One set of linens per bed, 8 sets of towels and 4 towels for spa are furnished. If you need extra, bring them. Bring your own beach towels.

Rental Rate Notes
During the summer minimum rental is 1 week. Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years minimum 1 week, rates are higher. Holiday weekends minimun 3 nights, higher rates.Rental Policies
Off season rates are $265 per night or $1600 per week. High season rates are $350 per night or $2100 per week
There is a $300 refundable deposit in addition to rental fee, 10% of rent for local taxes, and non-refundable cleaning fee of $175. Home will be reserved once deposit has been received by cash, cashier's check or money order, VISA, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. Remainder must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival, so key can be sent in time. You will receive detailed instructions by mail with key after payment has been made.
Must give at least 30 days notice of cancellation prior to your reservation date for return of deposit, except holidays, which require 90 days notice. If everything is in order after your departure, your deposit will be returned within 14 days.
