Rental Rate Notes
Add $100/wk for 11 people. Add $200/wk for a maximum of 12 people. Why go to Florida, check our monthly rental rates for up to 6 people.Rental Policies
Just bring your sheets, beach towels and drive slowly! Be prepared to build lasting memories with your friends and/or children at this family oriented resort. NO Pets! Call the owner for availability on another home a short walk from the ocean. Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in after 3:00PM & Check-out before 10:00AM
One half of rent is due within two weeks after contacting to make a reservation. The other half of rent is due 30 days prior to start of rental period plus a $400.00 security/damage deposit. This deposit is refunded within 3 weeks after departure if no damage and you comply with rental policies.
A complete refund less a $30 handling fee will be returned if reservation is cancelled 49 days or more before your start date. If you are required to cancel due too unforseen circumstances and I am abe to re-rent the house during that time I will return your monies less any short notice incentive reduction and a $30 handling fee. For cancellatons under 49 days and there is a mandatory evacuation due to a hurricane, the vacated days will be prorated and refunded.
