1/2 of the rent upon reservation with the remaining 1/2, security deposit and Transient Occupancy Tax (10.5% demanded by San Diego County for short term rentals) due one month prior to occupancy. This tax is not applicable for people renting a month or more. 3% Credit Card Processing Fee My homes are on the upscale end. And while I cater to professional groups, family reunions, and corporate relocations, my main emphasis is providing a quality living environment for both my guests and my neighbors. I keep my homes maintained in excellent condition and you would want for nothing. (Beach towels, boogie boards, and beach chairs, barbecues included.) Guests are asked to maintain the homes as they would their own and abide by noise ordinances. In this manner, everyone is assured of a comfortable stay and a congenial neighborhood. Casitas del Mar is NOT a party house. We rent only to responsible adults and families.
