Rental Policies
Christmas & New Years rent by the week, $2400 + city room taxes, for seven nights. Rental Rates include bath towels,kitchen towels,bed linens,blankets,pillows,bed spreads. limited house cleaning service is provided on the last day of the rental period. See our rental agreement for details. !0% city room taxes + $1.50 per day on top of rents quoted. Pet charges are $25 per day per pet + city taxes. High season rates apply to all National Holiday Periods with a three day minimum rental of $700 + tax. Rental rates subject to change with out notice. Rates are guaranteed once the reservation/security deposit is received and cleared the owner's bank processing..
A $300 reservation/security deposit is required with all rentals. Rents are subject to a 10% + $1.50 per day city room taxes. This deposit is completely refundable if no damage or extra cleaning is reported by our cartakers. Pet owner's must clean up any hair or body waste left by their pets. The security deposit will be kept by the owner if the renters have to cancel their reservations less then three weeks before their schedule arrival date. The exception to this practice, would be when the owner's are sucessful in re-renting the dates cancelled, No refund will be given if the renters have to vacate the premises earlier then their scheduled departure date.
The reservation/security deposit is completely refundable according to the requirements spelled out in the signed rental agreement. It has been the owner's custom, to refund the full rent and/or the security deposit, if the cancelled dates are re-rented by other parties.
