An .1125% state sales and lodging tax applies. Rate is for two occupants, each additional guest is $20/ night. Three night minimum stay required and smoking is permitted on the lanai. Calendar is not always updated, please call to check availability.
a $200. security/cleaning deposit will be collected to reserve the booking and is fully refundable if not needed. The full rent is due upon arrival. No refund will be made if a cancellation occurs later than two months prior to booking unless that slot is filled.
