Visit our beautiful home away from home across the street from "the world's most beautiful beaches". The resort includes a beachhouse with swimming pool, deck and lounge chairs, 11 swimming pools (some heated), 6 tennis courts (2 are lighted), mini-golf, shuffle board, 24-hour security, and a beautiful lagoon. Our home is within walking distance from Restaurants, a movie theater, a cosmic bowling alley with roller skating, Salty's Bar, and shopping. We are in close proximity to Spinnakers, Pinapple Willies, Coyote Ugly Bar, Water Park, Gulf World, Frank Brown Park (Baseball & Softball Complex), Zoo World, Publix Supermarket, and Wal-Mart. Signal Hill, Holiday, Marriott and the Glades golf coarses are close by.

We have furnished our home to include extra amenities like new mattresses on both beds and couch sleeper, fully furnished kitchen, front patio with ceramic tile and wooden bench, concrete table, swing and gas grill on back patio just steps from the Grand Island pool, ceiling fans in both bedrooms and living room, Cable television in both bedrooms and living room, a DVD / VCR in the living room, with many movies and games for adults and children. We keep putters for the putt-putt in the closet along with tennis rackets. We are located across the street from the beach, it is a very short stroll to the club house with beach side pool. We are located in the front of the complex closest to the beach.The unit has two parking spaces right out side the front door that belong to it exclusively.Our check in time is 3:00 Pm Central time and our check out is 10:00am. Golf cart rental in available in area.

Rental Rate Notes

We require a $300 Deposit that will be returned after your stay once maid cleans and inventories the unit

Rental Policies

1. You must be at least 25 years old to rent. 2. No smoking or pets allowed. 3. To call long distance, you must use a calling card or dial collect. 4. This is a family resort with strict rules, so please follow them. 5. Only park in the 2 spaces provided in front of the unit. 6. Rates include tax and cleaning fee. A security deposit of $300 is required to reserve your vacation dates. This will be returned to you after your stay. Half the security deposit may be refunded upon cancellation if cancelled at least 30 days prior to the reservation date.
