One Week rentals shall be from Sat. to Sat. Unless you are requesting less than a week or more than 7 nights.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Traveler's Checks; Cashiers/Registered Check, Personal/Business Checks, money orders and or direct deposit. CHECKIN TIMES: Check in is at 4:00 p.m. Check out is at 10:00a.m. DEPOSITS: $200.00 refundable security deposit is required in order to hold a booking. CLEANUP FEE: $50.00 per week. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS: Full refund of security deposit if cancellation is made at least 90 days prior to arrival, minus a $49 processing fee. 50% refund of security deposit if canceled 60 days prior to arrival minus a $49 processing fee. Full Payment is due 45 days before vacation date...
