Trident House will put you directly on the beach -- you can recline on one of its several private decks with all this great home provides at your back...and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in front of you!
The five bedroom, four baths in this great home provide the perfect getaway for a family (large or small) or a small reunion...yet very suitable for executive business retreats. The living, dining, and kitchen areas are spacious. The furnishings and decorations are quite superior to what one might expect of a beach rental house.
Planning and construction began in 1999, and the occupancy certificate was issued in early April 2001. Guests express pleasant and unexpected surprise when seeing first-hand the home.

Rental Rate Notes
April 1st through Labor Day...$4900/week Second Weekend in September to April 1st...$3500/week Taxes, cleaning not included in above prices $800 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSITRental Policies
THE RENTAL RATE DOES NOT INCLUDE TAX (11.5%) AND CLEANING COSTS. Trident House is leased from Saturday to Saturday only. Check-In time is 3PM. Guests arriving after this time should call to get instructions prior to arrival for key pick-up information. Checkout time is no later than 10AM, so we may prepare for our next guests. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or early departures. Please, NO PETS (other than service animals)! Your security deposit may be forfeited and you may be charged additional for rug cleaning/flea spray treatment if any evidence of pet(s) is established. Please, NO SMOKING! Your security deposit may be forfeited and you will be charged additional for rug/drapery/ upholstery cleaning or damage caused by smoking products. Absolutely no illegal drugs of any kind are allowed. Your deposit and rent will be forfeited. OCCUPANCY: The total number of overnight guests is restricted to ten (10) persons. Your rent and security deposit may be forfeited if this number is exceeded. HOUSEKEEPING: Accommodations will be cleaned to quality standards prior to your arrival. Linens are provided and should not be removed from the home. There is not an on-site housekeeper. The cost of cleaning will be added to the weekly rate. LONG DISTANCE CALLS: There is a long distance block on the phones. You will need a Visa, MasterCard or a calling card to make your long distance calls from the home. Local calls are free. SEVERE WEATHER: If hurricanes or other extreme weather conditions occur, Emergency Management may issue a mandatory evacuation notice. Accommodations refunds will be prorated from the time of your departure from the island during a mandatory evacuation. DEPOSITS. A Security Deposit and the Advanced Rent Payment must be made to confirm your reservation. This may be paid by cash, check, bank money order, or cashier's check. Rental payment balance is due in full 15 days prior to check-in and may be paid by cash, traveler’s check, bank money order, cashier’s check.

The Security Deposit is $800, and the Advanced Rent Payment is exactly one-half the rent, less the taxes. The Security Deposit must be mailed with the Advanced Rent payment, and may be paid by cash, traveler's check, bank money order, or cashier's check. This payment will be refunded within 30 days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the home and all polices and conditions are followed. If repairs to the home are required as a result of damage from your stay, the owner reserves the right to apply the deposit to offset the expense of the repairs.
REFUNDS. If you must cancel, you must do so at least 45 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund of your deposit. If you call to cancel your reservations with less than 45 days prior to your arrival, every effort may be made to re-rent the property. If we cannot, your Advance Rent Payment will be forfeited.
