Rental Policies
Credit Cards now accepted through Paypal. Cleaning charge of $100 will be added to all rental fee's. Rental fee includes up to a four person stay. Additional persons are $25 each per stay. Reservations are taken on a first come basis upon receipt of security deposit.
Security Deposit of $250 for stays of less than 31 days, and 10%(minimum $250)for stays of greater than 30 days are required to reserve your dates.
Deposit is refundable, less 15%, if reservation is cancelled 60 days in advance. 50% of the deposit will be refunded if reservation is cancelled 30-59 days in advance. Cancellations less than 30 days in advance will be forfeited.
