"Las Tejas" is a newly finished colonial hacienda-style home with 75 meters of beachfront and one and a half beautifully landscaped acres, located on Manzanillo Bay in Troncones, just 25 minutes away from Ixtapa and 30 minutes away from Zihuatanejo. There are 4 large bedrooms all with bathrooms en suite. Two of the bedrooms have King size beds. The other two rooms have two twin beds. The master bedroom has air conditioning. All have ceiling fans, plenty of closet space, and small storage safes. All the bedrooms open to a wrap around terrace with ocean views. The living room and dining room are both open with direct ocean views. There is a spacious enclosed televison/office with air conditioning, and its own full bathroom. The modern kitchen has a Mexican hacienda feeling, ocean views, and leads to an open breakfast patio. The tradtional Mexican grill is perfect for barbecuing and baking tortillas. The large palapa leisure area has a wet bar overlooking the 15 meter infinity pool and all of Manzanillo Bay.
This magnificent home with uncomparable views of the Sierra Madre mountains and the Pacific ocean combines traditional Mexican handcrafted details, old world charm and all the modern conveniences.
A caretaker and housekeeper live on the premises.

If you need more action than watching the pelicans dive into the waves from your hammock in the shade of the palapa or sipping margaritas by the side of the swimming pool, there are plenty of activities to keep you busy in Troncones. The surfing is world class with a great break right on our point, the fishing is fantastic especially for marlin and sailfish, and there are two Robert Trent Jones designed golf courses 25 minutes away.

Activities and Attractions
Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo offer a large variety of restaurants for all tastes and budgets, however right in Troncones we have a growing number of small restaurants so that even if you do not feel like cooking, you still do not need to leave our little paradise. The Cocina del Sol and the Inn at Manzanillo Bay are both owned and run by U.S. trained professional chefs and are located only a few minutes walk away along the beach. Many other restaurants serving fresh local fish, ceviche, and lobsters, as well as hamburgers, steaks, fajitas, BBQ ribs, and even pizza can been found farther down the beach. For a truly local experience, you might want to try eating at one of the local taco stands located at the center of the village.

Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of total cost plus 50% of $500 security deposit. Full balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. Cancellation: If a cancellation is made 6 weeks or more prior to arrival, 50% of the deposit will be returned. If a cancellation is made less than 6 weeks prior to arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.
