Staying at the Garden Cottage is like having a nice little hotel suite all to yourself except you have your own yard to boot! This little backyard gem is located near downtown Bozeman's restaurants, galleries & attractions as well as parks and trails. The Garden Cottage is a free-standing, one-room converted Model A barn, now outfitted with skylights, vaulted ceilings and the original refinished cherry wood floors. There is a plush new queen futon couch as the bed, a gas fireplace to keep you toasty warm, a clawfoot tub in the bathroom, a TV with VCR and of course your own stereo and telephone. The kitchen has a full size fridge, deep new sink, all the pots/pans/dishes you’ll need, and a new gas range & oven. With all new remodeling, the cottage is insulated from sound and in the winter is almost as quiet as a cabin in the woods.
Outside you'll find lots of private yard space with flower and vegetable gardens in summer, all tucked away in a historic Bozeman neighborhood. The owners are artists with a simple green thumb approach resulting in frustratingly beautiful and wild gardens in the summer. By mid June the rhubarb plant practically blocks the front door! Parking is in the alley with room for one car next to the raspberry patch (hint: late July).
The local ski area is just up the road and Yellowstone Park is a beautiful 90-minute drive away. The neighborhood is quiet with very little street traffic and has a little grocery store nearby. National Forest trailheads start at 10 minutes away with endless opportunities for hiking, biking, nature-watching or just plain relaxing.

Rental Policies
Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover accepted. 25% Reservation Deposit hold reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival (Christmas reservations have 50% deposit and balance due 60 days prior). $75 cancellation fee if more than 60 days prior to arrival. Within 60 days of arrival date refund is dependent on our ability to re-rent your reserved dates.
