This is a 10 story building and the view is Great and the unit has been totally upgraded in the past year with a king size bed in the bedroom, couch pulls out to a queen sleeper, all bath towels, beach towels,beach chairs, beach radio, beach cooler, coffee make, blender, full kitchen, new dishes, cordless phone, balcony with furniture, 2 19" tvs and 2 vcrs,dvd, pool, tennis court, covererd parking and more. This building has a gorgeous lobby, restaurant, beach bar, work out and sauna area. This unit was just purchased and we sunk thousands of dollars into remodeling it already. I offer Great off-season rates. My rates Include all taxes and cleaning. there are no hidden charges. I charge $600 a week off-season which is approx. Easter to Xmas. Peak season is approx. Xmas to Easter and that rate is $1200 per week and I do offer multi week discounts. This unit is one of the few places left on Marco Island, Florida that can be rented by the week. The unit is equipped with 2 TVs / VCRs, CD stereo system, all linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach cooler, beach radio, beach umbrella, and kids beach toys (buckets, rafts, noodles, boogie boards). Some added amenities include hair dryer, binoculars, and two way radios for beach & Marco Island, Florida use. The unit has a balcony with table and chairs and the Sunsets are amazing. The Apollo condo complex has a huge pool, whirlpool, steam room, work out room, covered parking, two tennis courts, and after hours security. The Apollo condo also has an excellent restaurant and bar called the Tide. The bar was voted best happy hour on Marco Island Florida.

Activities and Attractions

Marco Island Florida - lies in the midst of some of the world's best game fishing waters. Angling in the vicinity of two of the artificial reefs - each a mile by a half mile in size - built in 20 feet of water a mile offshore and in 30 feet of water about 5 miles out, has met with great success. Tarpon, Snook, grouper, Kingfish, Mackeral, Redfish, Sheepshead, Pompano and shark are among the many different species of fish caught in these waters. No visit to Marco Island Florida would be complete without sampling some the seafood found on the local menus.

Before you go fishing, Florida regulations require that you have a saltwater or fresh water fishing license, unless you are angling from a charter boat or vessel which already has the appropriate licenses. Florida and Marco Island residents need a fishing license only if fishing from a boat other than a licensed charter boat. Exceptions: any resident over 65 or under 16. Licenses good for one year, are required for both salt and fresh water fishing. Non-Florida residents 16 and over must obtain either a three-day, seven-day or one-year licenses. Rental Rate Notes

Rates are as follows: approx. Between Christmas to approx Easter weeks are $1300 per week approx Easter to approx. Christmas weeks are $650 per week I do offer multiple week discounts and monthly rental rates. All Rates Include Taxes and Cleaning. I also require a $200 refundable security deposit. Normal policy is $200 will hold the condo for you and I will then send you a receipt. Then 60 days before your arrival date I would require the rent payment. I will then send you keys, map of Island, information letter, and another receipt. Once you return from your trip, return my keys and I will send you your deposit back.

I require a $200 security deposit that is refunded when you send the keys back. My rates INCLUDE all taxes and cleaning....There are no hidden charges

Full rent payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival you get your security deposit and rent back. If you cancel with less than 60 days notice you lose your rent UNLESS I re-rent the unit then I will refund everything back to you.
