The Cottages are located on a quiet street in the safe, oceanside community of Pompano Beach, just 15 minutes North of downtown Fort Lauderdale. Each newly restored cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, sleeping and living areas, vaulted ceilings with beams and paddle fans, large screened-in porches, central deck area and lush landscaping. The closest 36-hole golf facility is a five minute drive. I-95 is a 10-minute drive for easy access to attractions and shopping throughout South Florida.

Rates noted are studio units. One bedroom unit also available, inquire about rates.Rental Policies
Year round 3-night minimum. For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is discounted. Rates for holidays and special events may be higher. A 50% deposit is required to hold a reservation. The balance plus $75 exit cleaning fee for studio unit or $100 for one bedroom unit, 11% state and local taxes and $500 security deposit are due 30 days prior to arrival. Check in is at 4 p.m. Check out is at 10 a.m. For the comfort of future guests, no smoking is allowed.
