Rental Policies
The accommodation rates quoted are PER WEEK and include electricity, air conditioning, local telephone calls, cable TV, bed linen, towels, the use of all the amenities and facilities. Florida sales and tourist tax must also be paid in addition to the net rates quoted for this property. Pool heating is not included, but is an optional extra. All bookings must be secured by a 20% deposit. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. We accept VISA
20% at time of booking unless booking is less then 6 weeks away
100% refund 6 weeks prior to arrival. 50% refund 6 -3 weeks prior to arrival. No refunds less then 3 weeks to arrival.
