Rental Policies

Check in and check out Policy Check-in after 4:00 pm; check-out before 11:00 am. *From October 1 to April 30, check-out can be as late as 8:00 pm on Sunday, provided the unit is not rented to someone else arriving Sunday night. Please turn off all heat and lights. Unit 152 can accomodate a maximum of 6 people overnight. Pets and RV vehicles are prohibited. The Homeowners Association will charge a $250 daily fine for violators of these rules. Extra guests are not allowed. ***Please call or e-mail for additional Holiday Rates. Thank you.

A $300 dollar deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The balance plus an additional 10-1/2 percent Monterey County tax and $100 cleaning fee are due two weeks before arrival date. Also required is an additional $200 damage and key deposit in a seperate check. This check will not be cashed unless necessary. The key and gate pass information will be mailed to you upon receipt of the balance of the rental, approximately two weeks prior to your arrival.

For cancellations made more than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival, your deposit will be applied to a future rental. For cancellations less than 21 days prior to scheduled arrival, the entire payment received will be forfeited. However, if the house can be re-rented, your payment will be credited toward your next rental.
