This historic cabin was built 90 years ago and is still owned by the same family. It is a unique experience for all ages with a beautiful, large sun deck overlooking a large, private sandy beach, panoramic lake and mountain views, sunsets and the sacred Indian site of Cave Rock. New teak dining table with umbrella, six chairs and other deck furniture to really enjoy the setting. New carpet, ovens and range top all added May 2005. All the comforts of home in this cozy lakefront getaway. Kitchen is very complete with new washerdryer and a nicely remodeled tile bath. Rental Rate Notes
Lake front rentals require full payment within two weeks of confirmation. All Three day holiday weekends, require three nights minimum stay, two nights minimum stay other non-holiday weekends or week days. seven nights minimum stay required from May 23-September 28th 2008 Five nights minimum stay required for Christmas and New Years holiday weeks. Payment for all rentals are by personal, business, cashiers check or money order only payable to Tahoe Escapes, P.O. Box 1301, Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be made by cashiers check or money order only. For all last minute reservations, payment to be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check, money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing the complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing items, or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment of reservations is due 30 days prior to arrival or within two weeks of confirmation for all holiday reservations or summer reservations made in this lake front property.
Full refund if reservation is cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (holiday and summer reservations not included). Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of having to cancel original reservation. No refunds for early departure or holiday or summer reservations in this lakefront. All holiday and summer reservations are due in full within two weeks of confirmation and are non-refundable.
