Floating/ canoeing/ kayaking/ swimming/ fishing/ picture taking adventures are great fun and let you see even more gorgeous scenery and wildlife.

This custom designed, solidly crafted, fully-equipped redwood and glass, four bedroom (including large loft), three and a half bath River Front home sleeps ten comfortably. No pets allowed.

The house is luxuriously furnished including new large HOT TUB, large hearth fireplace, home theatre system, high speed internet, and sumptuous new furniture. There are large dining tables in and out. The large, sunny redwood decks have fabulous river views for unsurpassed relaxation or socializing in nature with furniture for all.

The marble floored kitchen, dining, and living rooms have full-length Russian River views. The living room and fourth bedroom/loft are brightened by two large skylights which also enable nighttime stargazing. There are 12 skylights in all making the home bright and cheery. The living room has large hearth fireplace and home theater system with DVD/CD/VCR/cable TV.

The all new, river-view kitchen has granite counters, bar, cherry cabinets, and all new stainless steel Maytag appliances: dishwasher, refrigerator, convection microwave, convection oven, and 5 burner gas stove. There's a separate wine chiller, a coffee maker, coffee grinder, espresso maker, blender, popcorn maker, crock pot, comprehensive array of kitchen implements, complete colorful Fiesta table service, and complete cookware.

The master bedroom suite has its own private "orchid parlor" with gas burning woodstove, waterfall and separate private bath. 3 private bedrooms have direct access to one of the 3 1/2 bathrooms. A new whole- house in-line hot water system allows 3 showers, dishwasher, etc. to all be on at once if need be! The master bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds, and the 4th, a loft- has 2 queens.

All beds are in great condition for a restful night's sleep. Bedrooms and living room have individual thermostats, large closets with generous shelves, chairs, and tables. Beds have blankets, pillows, and bedspreads. Linens and towels are also included.

There is a desk with high speed broadband internet access.

On the huge river-view deck there's a new outdoor living room set for 9 with thick cushions for comfort, Tuscany gas grill, plus plenty of beautiful handcrafted Amish and Shaker furniture (a large octagonal dining table, plenty of chairs, a slider loveseat, rocker, and an Adriondack lounge for comfortable relaxing and socializing). Soft lighting creates a festive mood under the country starlight.

A laundry with new Maytag clothes washer and dryer is included.

A small grocery store ("Bartlett's") is just 1/4 mile (five minute) walk away. A delightful Sonoma wine, cheese, and specialty food store ("Sophie's Cellars") is a mile (12 minute walk). A supermarket (open 24 hours) is 4 miles (8 minute drive).

There are dozens of great restaraunts and craft stores in 5 villages within 7 miles. Some restaraunts are world renowned; there are 200 wineries within Sonoma County, over 100 can be visited, and many superb wine appellations are within 20 minutes drive. San Francisco, Mendocino, and Napa Valley are all easy day trips.

The property is expertly serviced and cleaned for you to move right in.
