'Double Palm Villas' are privately owned luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath villas which are perfect for your family vacation in the Orlando Disney resort area. Each villa provides beautiful and spacious living areas which will provide you with all the comforts of home. The living area includes a queen size sleeper sofa, cable TV and VCR. The master bedroom provides a queen size bed, full bath, walk-in closet and cable TV with remote control. The other two bedrooms provide two twin size beds with dressers an spacious closets. The villas provide complete sleeping accommodations for 8 guests. The fully equipped kitchen provides all full size appliances found in most kitchens - Stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils including pots and pans. Full size washer and dryers are provided in each villa for added convenience.
Nearby Attractions Located just 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Our villas are less than 5 miles to Walt Disney Magic Kingdom / Epcot Center with easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World, and Wet 'n Wild. Your family will enjoy our other area attractions within easy drive including Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, and Gator Land . Your children will also enjoy the short drive to the east to reach the Atlantic beaches of Daytona Beach or Cocoa Beach. A short drive west takes your family to the Gulf beaches surrounding Tampa Bay and Clearwater.

Rental Policies
Deposit of $113 required to confirm reservation. For stays less than 4 nights a $60 housekeeping fee will be applied. No Pets Please. Check-in at 4 PM, check-out at 10AM. VIllas are Non-Smoking villas. Cancellation fee of $55 if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to scheduled arrival. No refund if cancelled within 7 days from scheduled arrival. Please email us as soon as you know you need to cancel your stay with us.
Deposit of $100 required to confirm reservation.
Cancellations made within 7 days of scheduled stay will receive a refund of $50 of your deposit.
