Sorry, no smoking or pets. Rates subject to change depending on demand, number of guests, time of year.
1/2 + tax to book. Second 1/2 + tax on or before 30 days prior to arrival. During holidays periods, 2 nights rent+tax for deposit will book your dates, then 1/2+ tax 90 days out then remaining 1/2+ tax 60 days out. No cleaning fee if home left in good condition.
Will refund less $100 60 days out. Otherwise, will do best to rebook. If rebooked at same rate, will refund. If have to discount to rebook, will refund amount received. Work hard at renting my luxury properties, so usually have the property rebooked.

Main master bedroom is spacious, with its high cathedral ceilings, luxurious furnishings, leather sofa bed. Large master bath with jacuzzi tub and steam shower and huge closet are ajacent. Master Bedroom
Well equipped gourmet kitchen has polished granite countertops, 6 burner gas stove, wormy cedar custom cabinets. Dining room has two high tables, fabulous mountain chandelier, fireplace, and ski area views.
Main master bath has luxurious jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Dual his and her sinks. Jacuzzi tub has reverse window treatment for fabulous views of the Ten Mile Range and ski area, yet total privacy for your apres ski soak.
