You have four bedrooms plus two extra sleeping 'alcoves' for more privacy with larger groups. New 7-man, beautiful hot tub added in Aug. 2001, along with new wraparound deck and large gas barbecue. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room with big 10 foot dining table in the dining/kitchen area. This is a private and tranquil setting that truly makes for a fun family vacation. Three TV's, one is a 35" big screen in living with DVD/VCR/CD players. Big sunny front yard area for playing or building a snowman. Cross country ski and snowshoe right out the front door. Hike and bike to trailheads as well in the summer.

Seven-man hot tub and huge redwood dining table on new wraparound decks. Big 35 TV in living room with DVD player nice wood fireplace insert, huge sunny front yard for playing in snow. You can hike, bike, cross-country ski and snowshoe right out the front door on these big, quiet couty neighborhood streets. Very easy and fast trip to Sierra - 15 minutes, Kirkwood Ski area - 30 minutes, and Heavenly Valley - 15 minutes. Close to shopping at new Lira's Market or a few more minutes to big 'Y' area for Raley's, Starbuck, fast food restaurants, K-Mart and lots of outlet stores.

Rental Rate Notes
Two nights minimum stay required except for the holidays: all three day holidays require three nights minimum stay Christmas and New Years weeks require five nights minimum stay. Please call if you have question or need additional assistance. 800-406-1333Rental Policies
Payment for all rentals are by personal, business, cashiers check or money order only made payable to Tahoe Escapes, P.O. Box 1301, Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be by cashiers check or money order only. For all last minute reservations, payment to be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check or money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing the complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing items or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival or within two weeks of confirmation for all holiday reservations.
Full refund if reservation cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (holidays not included). Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we would be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of having to cancel original reservation. No refunds for early departure or holiday reservations. All holiday reservations are due in full within two weeks of confirmation and are non-refundable.
