Very well equipped kitchen adjacent to living room with lots of room for preparing big meals with large dining table and big counter. Two large bedrooms each with a queen on this level with large bathroom with washer and dryer. Big covered, lake view deck off of kitchen/living level with HOT TUB , table and chairs and big BBQ connected to house gas main. Third and fourth bedrooms are downstairs with pool table room and third bath with the fourth bedroom having a queen bed and the fifth bedroom perfect for a lot of single adults or children with six singles and two double bunks. Two car garage, plus three additional parking spots for five automobiles maximum at the house, however, there is additional BOAT or Jetski/ TOYS parking area above house in summer months.

Located in the small, lake front community of Lincoln Park, just a minute drive to Cave Rock beach and boat launch for easy boating fun, or 1/2 block walk to beautiful, sandy cove for your use of water toys, boat, canoes, kayaks etc, or picnic on the sandy beach. Very nice community beach with outstanding lake, mountain and sunset views! Or, enjoy small view out of HUGE hot tub on large deck with lounge chairs, dining table and chairs and big gas barbecue. Big windows on deck into big, open living room with high ceilings, lots of light. Next to living room is large open kitchen and dining areas with big dining room table and counter - plenty of room for family meals and games. Rental Rate Notes
Two nights minimum stay required except for the holidays: all three day holidays require three nights minimum stay Christmas and New Years weeks require five nights minimum stay. Payment for all rentals are by personal, business, cashiers check or money order only made payable to Tahoe Escapes, P.O. Box 1301, Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be by cashiers check or money order only. For all last minute reservations, payment to be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check or money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing the complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing items or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment for reservation is due within 10 days of confirmation for all beach and beach access properties from May 21-September 20, 2009, as well as for all holiday reservations.
Full refund if reservation cancelled a minimum of 90 days prior to arrival (holidays not included). Cancellations made 1-89 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we would be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months of having to cancel original reservation. No refunds for early departure or holiday reservations. All holiday reservations are due in full within ten days of confirmation and are non-refundable.
