The L-shaped pool, largest in the area, allows for simultaneous swimming and wading. High speed DSL internet access available during business hours at the on-site Jade Room. Guest bring own laptop. Creston House has just finished a major restoration project so entire complex, walkways newly painted, new balcony and walkway railings, new pavers on enlarged pool patio,new pool fencing, and pool completely redone with new tiles and pool coating.
Easy beach access via beach boardwalk and ample parking. Boats & jetskis allowed with prior notification. Minutes away is the Nation's oldest city, historic and quaint St.Augustine with all the charm of its Spanish heritage, championship golf, flight school, marinas and fishing.

Rental Rate Notes
Rates below do not include $90 exit cleaning fee and 9% state and local tax.Rental Policies
Tenants must comply with guidelines for rentals for Creston House Condominium regarding parking, etc.
$200.00 deposit (held in a non-interest bearing account) required to reserve unit, paid in advance of check-in and refundable 15 days after departure upon inspection of unit and return of all keys, etc.(Not deductible from rental invoice)unless rolled over to a new reservation.
For refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for daily, weekly reservations and 60 days prior to arrival for monthly (28 days or lolnger) vacation rentals. Reservations made with less than 30 days to arrival are subject to the same policy. There will be a $200 deposit paid in advance of check-in. There will be a $50 non-refundable administration fee for all confirmed reservations.

Come to sunny Florida and escape the cold and snow. Available at a great monthly rate of $1700 per month plus 9% sales tax and a one time $90 exit cleaning fee. We give 10% discount for a two month rental and a 15% discount for a three month rental. Fully furnished pool and beach front and all utilities are included as well as WIFI access throughout complex. Great group of snowbirds come back to Creston House year after year.
