Take a walk back in time away from the urban hustle and bustle, and stay in the recently renovated, 19th century farmhouse. Relax in the sun room and listen to the sounds of birds and the clip clop of Amish buggy horses passing nearby. From the kitchen window watch the Amish farmers cultivate their crops.

Rental Rate Notes
The minimum rate is $150/ night for 2 people. Rates quoted below are for 2 people only. All rates depend on the size of the party. Additional people, age 2 and over, are $25 each. Weekends: two night minimum for small parties (i.e. Saturday plus either Friday or Sunday). A deposit of one night’s lodging rate (plus tax) will secure your reservation until 21 days prior to the arrival date. After that time, full payment is required. Cleaning & security deposit required. Any excess will be refunded.Rental Policies

Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the first reservation date will receive a full refund of deposit less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made 29 to 15 days before the reservation date can receive a refund of 50% of the total payment after deducting one night’s lodging , or can reschedule as below. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the first reservation date will receive no refund but can be used on an alternate date within 3 months from the first reservation date with an administration fee of $100.00. .
