Located on two secluded acres with panoramic waterfront views, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms. There are also several sunning decks as well as a screened porch.
The villa also includes a ping pong table, stationary bike, foosball table and billiards table.
The house is powered with a state of the art solar system but there is a back up generator. Two small private beaches on either side of the house are available. In this unspoiled, tranquil tropical environment, there is instant access to world-class sail and bonefishing, scuba diving and snorkeling, cycling (two bikes come with the house), sea kayaking (two come with the house), tennis (newly resurfaced court), wind surfing and hiking and shelling.
