Newly constructed, Casa Manalou provides a private retreat away from the world's hectic pace and yet within minutes of the Cancun and Playa del Carmen resort area attractions. Situated on a white sand beach where you can swim without danger, enjoy some of the best snorkeling in the world or walk the beach for miles. You can enjoy spectacular sunrises and sunsets as well as ocean views on the upper terrace and sunbath by the pool. You can also barbeque, relax in a hammock, swim, walk for miles on the beach in either direction, enjoy the area attractions or do nothing.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is great for couples, families with children or just friends. It has three air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 and 1/2 bathrooms.
Centrally located in a private residential beach area on the outskirts of Puerto Morelos, a quaint little fishing village, Casa del Manalou is a 15 to 20 minute drive North to Cancun Airport and the heart of Cancun or South to Playa del Carmen. These nearby resort areas offer a wide variety of shopping, dining, dancing and much more.
The Palancar reef keeps the waters calm and clear, protecting the beach while providing for terrific snorkeling and swimming. The water is 80 plus degree crystal clear and turquoise blue. The reef coral formations provide a home for a wide variety of topical fish. For these reasons Cancun is known to have some of the best beaches in the world.
You can explore Mayan ruins, botanical gardens, swim with dolphins, go sailing or play golf on several championship golf courses. You rise to a spectacular sunrise, spend your day walking the beach, snorkeling, sailing, touring, swimming in the ocean or just sitting back and relaxing. After a day of fun in the sun you can enjoy an evening dinner at a peaceful restaurant in Puerto Morelos or the exciting nightlife in Cancun or Playa del Carmen.

Rental Policies
A weekly rental is considered six nights and seven days. Special holidays are Christmas, New Years and Easter. Normal check-in time is after 12:00pm and check-out time is before 10:00am with arrivals on Sundays and departures on Saturdays. However, there is considerable flexibility in the check-in and check-out times as well as scheduled arrival and departure dates to accommodate air travel schedules. We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule requirements.
Policies Payment Options: Cashiers Check, Money Order or Personal Check Deposits Your deposit must be received within 5 working days of the date of your booking request to confirm your reservation. The deposit due is 50% of total to be paid upon reservation, confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. A security deposit of $200 to cover damages (refund payment minus any charges) upon completion of inspection at departure to be made within 10 days) see security deposit agreement.
Cancellations and Refunds Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is received by e-mail in our office. The following assessments will apply on cancellations: 91+ days prior to arrival - 20% of rent 61 - 90 days prior to arrival - 50% of rent Less than 60 days prior to arrival - 100% of rent Christmas and New Years - 100% of rent
