Rental Rate Notes
Rates are based on 2pm check-in and 10am check-out. Saturday to Saturday rental period.Rental Policies
FREE CLEANING for rentals between June 27th and Sept 5th, unless condo is left unusually messy. Certain minimum house keeping items need to be attended to by each renting family prior to leaving. Condo Association rules are posted in the condo. THIS IS NOT A HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE PARTY HOUSE. Responsible adults and their families are always very welcome!
$300 security deposit required with final payment at least 30 days before rental period.
Security Deposit returned immediately after condo inspected and all phone bills are received, provided all items are in order and condo was left in good condition. Cancellations recieve 90% of money paid provided condo is re-rented prior to stay date.
