Casita Coco features a wood-burning fireplace, wood floors, an entertainment room and two bedrooms that share a full bathroom. Each bedroom is luxuriously furnished with hand-carved Mayan King-sized beds. Several entertainment armoires allow flexibility for small groups or families.
The kitchen/breakfast room is fully equipped, bright, and overlooking the lagoon-like tropical pool setting.
The chickee hut, hammock, and heated swimming pool which also doubles as a luxuriously large hot tub is surrounded by lush palms and coconut trees create a very relaxing and romantic atmosphere. The entire compound is fenced-in, private, and secure.

Rental Policies
A 25% deposit secures your dates. A $500 security deposit and rent balance is due upon arrival.
There is a 30-day notice of cancellation. Within 30 days the deposit is no longer refundable, however it may be used toward another date in the future.
