The house has a large living room with gas fireplace with french doors that lead to the library/study. From the library are two doors that lead to the playroom with suspended TV/VCR, daybed, kid furniture and toys and kid videos! There is a beautiful sunroom in the back perfect for quiet time or to play cards or do puzzles. The backyard has two picnic tables, an outside grill and two outside showers. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials and extras! The wet bar has six barstools that join with the large dining room. The first floor also has a powderroom and full utilty room with utility sink, washer and dryer. The front porch is very large and is equipped with lots of comfortable wicker furniture. You can relax and listen to music while sitting on the front porch-it has outside speakers! The house is wired with a sound system, so you can listen to music in all or any of the living/dining/kitchen areas. There is offstreet parking for four/five cars!
