On street parking is easy and safe, but off street private parking exists for 2 vehicles. Twelve minute walk to Starbucks and many fine restaurants. A fully updated, nicely furnished, Residence OF THE Owner, 60 year old home with emphasis on privacy and superior location. 17 mile biking/blading/running path starts 3 blocks away. This is a small house by 2008 standards, best suited to one couple with up to 3 children, but very workable for up to 3 pairs of adults who intend on spending their vacation often away from the home. Rental Rate Notes

July is rented as a whole month. Rates for longer periods are negotiable. Shorter periods can also be negotiated. Come for any of the "holidays".

Rental Policies

The off-season is upon us, Coronado's nicest time, characterized by wonderful weather, reduced traffic, fewer visitors. This winter and spring, I hope to see a guest or two from the "frozen north", some people who want to surf in February. Longer time periods would receive better rates, just ask. Welcome! I take your check for $500 and cash it immediately, and hold your money. You get it all back when you depart, in cash, if my home is as you found it, with a reasonable expectation on my part of needing to clean for a few hours and several loads of wash. I have never kept the money of those who have been forced to change plans.
