Rental Rate Notes
Rates below do not include $90 exit cleaning fee and 9% state and local tax.Rental Policies
No boats, trailers or recreational vehicles are allowed to be parked on property. Tenants must comply with guidelines for Ocean Village Club rentals regarding parking, etc.
$200.00 deposit (held in a non-interest bearing account) required to reserve unit, paid in advance of check-in and refundable 15 days after departure (not deductible from rental invoice) upon inspection of unit and return of all keys, gate cards and parking passes unless rolled over to a new reservation.
For refund of deposit,cancellations must be made 30 days prior to scheduled arrival for daily, weekly reservations and 60 days prior to scheduled arrival for monthly (28 days or longer) vacation rentals. Reservations made with less than 30 days to arrival are subject to the same policy. There will be a non-refundable $50 administration fee for all confirmed reservations.
