Built in the 1950's, "The Beach Retreat" was one of the original homes overlooking Moonlight Beach, Encinitas, California. Situated in a beachfront community just minutes from the quaint village of Encinitas, (1 1/2 blocks from town). The "Retreat" is centrally located, less than a half hour to downtown San Diego to the south and Carlsbad/La Costa to the north. San Diego offers entertainment, activities and cultural sites for the entire family!

This California beach home was originally designed as a five bedroom home on two levels. The beach level has been converted into "The Beach Retreat" with two spacious bedrooms, one nautical style full bath, a large living room, convenient eating area, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. After a sun filled day, and a delightful evening, complete the experience with your private Jacuzzi overlooking the sunset.

The beautifully decorated living room and dining area have ocean views. These areas are an entertainer's delight and include Cable TV, DVD and VCR. Open the patio door and enjoy the ocean breeze and sounds of the waves on the shoreline.

The modern wrap-around kitchen and eating bar include enough kitchen equipment to satisfy a gourmet chef! A welcome gift basket with a bottle of wine is included. A gourmet chef is available upon request some or all of your meals. The ocean view patio has a covered dining area, barbeque, lounge chairs, fountains, and a bubbling spa for your relaxing pleasure.
