Rental Policies
There is a 2-night minimum stay. HOLIDAY RATES ARE HIGHER...Holiday rates range from $400 to $700/night. Please call. We require longer minimum stays for holdiay periods. We require a $200 ($225 Holidays)cleaning fee that includes all your linens and towels, including beach towels and the home is cleaned upon your departure. No smoking and No pets. Evidence of either will result in forfeit of deposit. $15 charge for lost keys. Rates are subject to change without notice.
$1000 refundable deposit ($1200 holidays) to reserve your rental dates. $200 cleaning fee ($225Holidays). HOLIDAY RATES ARE HIGHER...CALL OR EMAIL FOR RATES
If cancellation is at least 45 days (60 days for holiday periods) prior to the reservation date, all money will be refunded. If cancellation is 30-45 days before rental period, half the deposit shall be refunded. If cancellation is less that 30 days before rental period, no refund unless property is rented to someone else.
