Rental Rate Notes

Minimum 3 Month Rental Discount for 4 or more months rental. Reservation fee of $500.00 required at booking. Full rental amount due 60 days prior to occupancy. One month security due 10 days prior to occupancy. Security deposit refunded on last day of rental after inspection.

Rental Policies

Security deposit of one month is required. All condo rules and regulations must be adhered to. Children must be supervised on all common grounds. Primary renter must be living in unit when guests are staying. One month Security Deposit required with first month's rent 60 days days before first day of rental. $1500 reservation deposit required before that. If reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to first day of rental, a full refund of all monies is available. Security deposit will be mailed back after the unit is vacated.
