Southwind Villa

Southwind Villa sits 850 ft. above beautiful St. Thomas harbor in a very private, upscale neighborhood.The large sitting and dining terrace overlooks the spectacular view and the 20 x 40 ft solar heated swimming pool. The new kitchen contains a gas range top, double electric oven,microwave, dishwasher, and a side-by-side refrigerator with icemaker. The counters are corian with tile backsplashes. The plentiful cabinetry contains all that a well-stocked kitchen should. Adjacent to the kitchen is a pantry where the washer and dryer are located for your convenience. A gas grille is located immediately outside. The terrace connects the kitchen, outdoor dining and the living room, which is comfortably and tastefully furnished. The living room opens to a den that contains a cable TV and Vcr/dvd. Three bedrooms and two baths are on this level at opposite ends of the building for privacy. The pool level contains one bedroom and bath and a large sitting room that opens onto the pool deck. This room is equipped with a wet bar, icemaker and cable Tv/vcr/dvd. The fourth bedroom and bath are located on the very private third level. Almost every room including the kitchen has harbor views. It is furnished in the classic West Indian style with great attention to detail. A full day sail to St. John for snorkling and swimming is available at an additional cost.
