If you're looking for romance, this is the place! A beautiful wooded and mountain views in a fantastic custom built log home sitting on 3 private acres.
The county maintained rood makes this secluded log home very accessible. Although it is a 2 bedroom 3 bath home it has become the perfect honeymoon spot! It will however sleep 6 people with a queen bed in each bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the walkout lower level, this level also has it's own bathroom.
The owners have put their own personal touches in this home including 2 satellite TVs, a private hot tub on the large back deck and a gas grill. The western inspired decor is elegant yet comfortable - just what you would expect in a great mountain home.
This home is 8-10 miles from the Winter Park ski area outside of the town of Fraser and is not on the shuttle system. This is for people who desire the privacy and seclusion rather than the hustle bustle of the ski resort, but close enough to enjoy all the winter and summer activities of the area.

Typically there is a 4 nt minimum for low season, 5 nts for high season and 7 nts for Holiday dates. Last minute reservations may have acceptions to this rule. We accept Checks, Visa, M/C and Amex. A 50% deposit is required via a check or Money order. The balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival. Please contact me regarding refund policies. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against acts of nature.
