This lake front cabin in Cave Rock area, just a few minutes from Zephyr Cove Resort, shopping, casinos and new Heavenly Valley ski gondola with ice skating, theaters, restaurants, etc. Private, lake front cabin, steps to sandy coves and breakwaters. Lots of upgrades in May 2005 in this beautiful 75 year old rustic cabin. Situated on a big, wonderful piece of lake front proeprty with gates you can close after you enter. It has one small bedroom on main level with queen bed, two leather couches and sofabed in living room with two single mattresses by fireplace and two twin beds located in small loft above living room/dining areas. Small, but remodeled bathroom has new tile floor and shower, no tub. Original, big wood burning fireplace in living room with large sundeck, dining table and benches. Steps to beach just below cabin with weber charcoal grill. Truly a very, very special getaway, perfect for a couple or small family of up to six. Pets love it and are welcome.

Beach front cabin - bring your kayaks and water toys for daily fun at the waters edge or you can launch larger boats just a minute away at the beautiful Cave Rock beach and boat launch with panoramic lake views, picnic and barbecues and fishing right off the rock jetty. Very private, quiet setting on big old Tahoe family property for 75 years! Close gate after entering for added privacy for you and the pets. Wonderful sandy beach in cove just steps from sundeck with unbelievable lake & mountain views and sunsets. Grocery shopping only a five minutes from cabin at Round Hill Village Shopping Mall, or 2-3 minutes to Zephyr Cove Resort with unlimited activities, snowmobile excursions,boat rides, rentals and jets skis and parasailing as well as horse stables, restaurant, shop and shuttles. Only 7-8 minutes to right downtown Stateline area with new restaurants, shops, theaters, ski gondola and the casinos.

Rental Rate Notes
Lake front cabins require full payment within 10 days of confirmation. Five nights min. stay summer and three nights minimum stay for all three day holidays. Christmas and NewYear's weeks require five night minimum stay. A 10% occupancy tax and one time cleaning fee of $75 to be added to rates. Please call for any rates not listed here. Payment for all rentals to be made by personal, business, cashiers check or money order only made payable to Tahoe Escapes, P.O. Box 1301, Zephyr Cove, Nevada 89448. For all reservations made less than two weeks prior to arrival, payment must be made by cashiers check or money order only. For all last minute reservations, payment to be collected the day of arrival by cashiers check, money order or cash only.
A credit card is required on the 'original' copy of the confirmation agreement in lieu of a security damage deposit. The card is not charged, but when signing complete confirmation agreement, customer agrees to pay for any and all damages or missing items or excessive cleaning fees that might be incurred during stay. Full payment for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival or within two weeks of confirmation for all holiday reservations.
Full refund if reservation is cancelled a minimum of 30 days prior to arrival (holidays not included). Cancellations made 1-29 days prior to arrival are non-refundable, however, we will be happy to try and reschedule your stay in the same property within six months ofhaving to cancel original reservation. No refunds for ealry departures or holiday reservations. All holiday reservation payments are due in full within two weeks of confirmation and are non-refundable. LAKE FRONT CABINS require full payment within 10 days of confirmation. No refunds given for cancellations made less than 90 days prior to arrival for lake front properties.
