Rental Policies
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT We, at Central Florida Rentals and Management, appreciate the opportunity to be your vacation destination of choice. The renter is responsible for reading and accepting the Terms & Conditions of the Rental Agreement. You may find the Terms & Conditions of the rental agreement on the C F R M website by clicking the corresponding link. You will also receive a copy of the Terms & Conditions via e-mail.
A deposit of $150 is required to secure a reservation. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, Discover, PayPal or check. The balance is due 30 days prior to date of arrival, or upon reservation if reservation is made within 30 days of check-in. All amounts paid towards balance are non-refundable if a cancellation is made within 30 days of arrival date. All properties are non-smoking. Pets are allowed in some properties. There is a refundable deposit of $250 per pet. Please inquire for properties accepting pets. Call toll free at 1-866-282-1053 to make a reservation now!
10% retained for any canceled signed reservation. 20% retained at 4 to 3 weeks prior to arrival. 50% retained at 3 to 2 weeks prior to arrival. 100% retained at 2 weeks prior to arrival or less. Every consideration will be given to persons who are forced to cancel for reasons beyond their control. In the event of a hurricane 1 week prior to arrival, Central Florida Rentals & Management Inc. offer guests the opportunity to reschedule their vacation.
