Plus $90 exit cleaning fee and 10% sales tax. Require a $250 security deposit.

Rental Policies

Boats, trailers and Jet Skis are allowed to be parked on property for 14 days. Tenants must comply with guidelines for Windjammer rentals regarding parking, etc. $250.00 deposit (held in non-interest bearing account) required to reserve unit, paid in advance of check-in and refundable 15 days after departure upon inspection of unit and return of all keys and gate cards unless rolled over to a new reservation. Not deductible from rental invoice. For refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for weekly reservations and 60 days prior to arrival for monthly (28 days or longer) vacation rentals. Reservations made with less than 30 days to arrival are subject to the same policy. There will be a non-refundable $50 administration fee for all confirmed reservations.
