Professionally decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. With 5 bedrooms, each with new queen beds, and 3 twin beds in the loft, the beach rental house can sleep 15 if you use the pull out sofa. All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the vacation beach house. The back part of the house was an apartment that was made into two bedrooms and one bathroom. The property has room for up to 3 cars.
The property comes with a private pool and hot tub. Full cable with movie channels included. All doors leading to pool have safety chains at the top prevent little ones from wandering outside.There is also a public pool and brand new tennis courts a short walk from the property. Bring your boat, we are within a walking distance from the public boat ramp. The trolley stops right by the property and its available all around Clearwater Beach to Redington Beach.
The spectacular location of the holiday beach house is a more secluded area of the beach just north of all the action. Either play on the private part of the beach by the house, or walk up a few blocks to the Pier 60, festivities, park, restaurants, public pool and tennis courts.
All of the comforts of your house and more. Free high speed internet, cable modem and HBO, bring your laptop if you want to keep in touch. Easy 90 minute drive to Disney World, MGM Studios, Universal Studio theme parks. 30 minute drive from Busch Gardens. Great location for enjoying the beach and getting to the theme parks. Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, and Mosi, all just 30 minutes. Walt Disney World, MGM, Universal Studios, Sea World, Animal Kingdom, Pleasure Island, Island of Adventure all just 1.5 hours.

Deposit holds your reservation for this Clearwater Beach 5 bedroom, 3 bath plus loft pool home. It is applied toward your rent. STRICT NO SMOKING IN HOUSE POLICY! Please check the availablity calendar on the separate website - we keep it updated.
Non-refundable deposit to book house. $500-$1000 damage deposit due and amount depends on the amount of people in home.This is refundable granted there are no damages done to the property or home.
Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 45-30 days in advance 50% of the rental rate may be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 in advance of stay, we do not guarantee to return any portion. However, we do our best to rebook the property. If we are able to do so, we refund at that rate.
