Family friendly and practically IN the sand. With 5 bedrooms plus additional loft, each with new queen beds, and 3 twin beds in the loft, the house can sleep 15 if you use the pull out sofa.

Private (not shared) solar heated pool is at the main house - 26 Cambria Street, Clearwater Beach, FL. Public pool is a short walk-great slides and fun for kids. Brand new public tennis courts are walking distance.

The trolley for all the Clearwater Beach area stops in front of the house. Room to park 3-4 cars in addition.

Completely baby equipped. From pack n plays to strollers to plug covers to safety gates-"WE Totally GET IT", moms! We have a tub for easy baths. We have high chairs and TVs, Dvd/vcr players. With a huge brand new washer & dryer you don't have to pack too much. Gas grill, gas heated pool, separate hot tub on pool deck. Bring the whole family and relax by the ocean. You can see the ocean from the porch. In the heart of the action - walk to dinner and shopping.

Just north of Pier 60 and the famous carnival daily at sunset. Also near Frenchy's Rockaway and Bobby's Bistro on Clearwater Beach in Florida.

All rooms are private with doors, but one of the bedrooms is accessed through another bedroom in the back part of the house. The back part of the house was an apartment and we made a big bedroom out of the living room. Casual and gourmet resturants, live music and near the most desireable part of Clearwater beach. There is a booking/cleaning fee non-refundable reservation fee that must be paid to reserve the property which is in addition to the rental rate. Rental Policies

Deposit holds your reservation for this Clearwater Beach 5 bedroom, 3 bath plus loft pool home. It is applied toward your cleaning fee's. STRICT NO SMOKING IN HOUSE POLICY! Please check the availablity calendar on the separate website - we keep it updated.

Non-refundable deposit to book house. $500-$1000 damage deposit due and amount depends on the amount of people in home.This is refundable granted there are no damages done to the property or home.

Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 45-30 days in advance 50% of the rental rate may be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 in advance of stay, we do not guarantee to return any portion. However, we do our best to rebook the property. If we are able to do so, we refund at that rate.
