No Smoking No Pets Must be at least 25 years of age to rent property.
11 1/2% sales tax will be added to all rental rates To reserve dates a $1000. security deposit is required. This deposit will hold dates chosen and be promptly refunded after check-out and inspection of home. The deposit is completely separate from the balance due.
If for any reason you need to cancel and do so at least 30 days prior to arrival your deposit will be fully refunded.
