Our home is professionally decorated with high quality furnishings and equipment. This home features two TV's with premium cable, a VCR, Stereo/CD player, and Barbecue. The 2.5 car attached garage houses a full size washer and dryer. An electric garage door opener with remote is included. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for complete meal preparation with an ice-maker refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, and microwave. Informal dining in the kitchen nook (4) and breakfast bar (2). Additionally, there is a dining room which seats 6 guests.

Rental Policies
All rates INCLUDE tax, 7% state tax and 6% local tax. $150 deposit required at time of reservation. Fully refundable with 30 days or more notice. On cancellations of less than 30 days notice, deposit will be applied to a future booking. Balance is due one month prior to arrival. $200 fully refundable security deposit due with final payment. Early check in and late check out available at no additional charge providing guests are not departing or arriving on those dates. Discount tickets to area attractions!
There is a $150 deposit to secure your reservation. A $200 security deposit (fully refundable) is due with final payment.
The full deposit is refunded upon cancellation of at least 30 days prior to reservation date.
