If you are looking for a great house for a family vacation, a house that lets you, your children and your friends each have their own private area with great views of the water and all the comfort and amenities they would want, but also has areas where you can all get together and enjoy each other's company, Schooners Landing is just the place. If you have several couples, everyone can be on their own floor. If you have three generations on this vacation, grandparents can have the privacy of their own area away from everything and the grandchildren can have time together in the lower level with its game room, home theater, windows looking out over the water, Jackson the five-foot stuffed bear,pool table, bathroom with two-person whirlpool tub, games, puzzles, books, etc. If you have toddlers, we provide two playpens, two porta-cribs, car seats, baby gates, bed rails, strollers, high chair, etc. We love children of all ages and if you have little ones you will find something for all of them to enjoy. If you can't leave the office behind, we have all two line phones, a fax machine, a printer and wireless high speed internet service. We provide golf clubs, fishing poles, tennis racquets, bicycles, etc., so you can enjoy all Maine has to offer.
Located just 20 minutes south of Camden, in the charming village of Owls Head, Maine, Schooners Landing is just minutes from many wonderful museums, art galleries, the Farnsworth Museum in Rockland the beautiful Samoset Resort and Golf Course in Rockport, ME and the Knox County Regional Airport. Owls Head is located in the heart of Mid-Coast Maine and allows easy day trips south to shopping in Freeport and Portland or north to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.

If your family get together requires additional sleeping space, a caretaker's apartment above the garage is available for an additional weekly charge of $750. Rental rates for off season periods and the holdiday weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years are available upon request.
